New Patients

Becoming a patient of the Saluda Medical Center is not complicated. You do not need to have insurance or a steady income to qualify for our services. Just call us at 828-749-4411 and our receptionist will gladly explain the entire registration process including what information you will need to bring to your first appointment. Or, if you prefer, print and complete the forms on the New Patient forms link and bring them to the Center. Patients can trust that the information they provide will be held in confidence.

Have a second home in Saluda?

Individuals and families who have a second home in Saluda but who receive their primary care in their "hometown" can, after taking the following action, access medical services at the Saluda Medical Center: When next in town drop by the Center for a brief screening regarding your medical history and give written permission for the Center to send for copies of your medical records. Once this step has been taken and your records have been received, you can continue receiving primary medical care in your hometown, but should the need arise, can make an appointment at the Medical Center while in Saluda, where diagnosis and treatment will be based upon your medical history and presenting concerns.
